Product Introduction

Why choose our offset inks?

Color Stability: Uses imported organic pigments (e.g., phthalocyanine blue, quinacridone red) with color strength deviation ≤±3% (ISO 2846-1), ensuring batch-to-batch consistency for long-run printing (e.g., 100,000 copies of a book).

Wear & Scratch Resistance: Adds 1.5%-2% polyethylene wax micro-particles, friction coefficient ≤0.2 (ASTM D1894), so printed paper cartons can withstand 50+ logistics transfers without ink peeling.

Gloss Control: For matte paper needs (e.g., textbook inner pages), our AD-M200 matte offset ink achieves glossiness ≤20GU, reducing eye strain for readers-used by a major Chinese textbook publisher for 50 million copies/year.

As a B2B-focused manufacturer, we offer more than just products; we deliver the value of "efficiency + quality + compliance":

Customization: Custom formulations (e.g., matte/gloss adjustment, color matching, environmental upgrades) can be delivered within 7 days.

Global supply chain: Five production sites (Germany, the United States, China, Singapore, and India) ensure regular orders are delivered within 48 hours; emergency restocking is available within 24 hours.

Technical support: Free on-site testing (ink-paper-press matching), one-on-one engineer guidance, and press operator training.

FAQ

Our factory prints both coated paper (for album covers) and kraft paper (for gift boxes). When switching between these two types of paper, does your company's ink system parameters need to be significantly adjusted? How long does the switch take?

No major equipment modifications are required; simple parameter adjustments are all that's needed, and the entire switchover process can be completed in under 30 minutes. The specific steps are as follows:

Ink type compatibility: HD-C300 (high gloss) for coated paper, AD-K800 (high adhesion) for kraft paper. The dynamic viscosity of both inks (40-80 Pa·s, 25°C) is consistent, eliminating the need to replace ink rollers or ink tanks.

Parameter Tuning Tips: When switching from HD-C300 to AD-K800, simply reduce the squeegee pressure from 0.3 MPa to 0.25 MPa (to prevent kraft paper from absorbing ink too quickly and resulting in a thin ink layer). Maintain the fountain solution pH between 4.8 and 5.2 (consistent with the standard for the original document). No adjustments to the drying system are required.

Switchover efficiency verification: A Zhejiang packaging factory tested the switchover from coated paper album covers to kraft paper gift box printing, including ink change, parameter adjustment, and first-article inspection, in just 22 minutes. The printing process lasted for 10 minutes without any downtime, and the printing qualification rate of both types of paper remained above 98% (gloss ≥85GU for coated paper and 4B adhesion for kraft paper).
