Product Introduction

1.Printability
High Viscosity: Dynamic viscosity of 40-100 Pa·s (25°C) ensures dot transfer accuracy, with a 50μm dot reduction rate of ≥95% (ISO 12647-2 standard).
Ink-Fountain Solution Balance: Optimized surfactants achieve a minimum emulsification rate (≤15%), effectively preventing dot gain and plate smudging.

2. Drying Mechanism
Oxidative Polymerization Drying (Conventional Ink):
Resin crosslinking is initiated by oxygen in the air, with a drying time of 6-24 hours. Suitable for both coated and uncoated papers.
UV-LED Curing (Specialty Ink):
Utilizes a 395nm wavelength LED light source with an energy density of 1356mJ/cm², a curing speed of 20m/min, and a cured hardness of ≥3H (pencil hardness).

1. Publishing and Printing
High-end brochures: Using a four-color overprint process, the color gamut coverage reaches 98% (ISO 2846-1 standard), such as the printing of replicas of Forbidden City artifacts.
Newspaper Printing: Cold-set inks have a drying speed of up to 15 m/s, suitable for high-speed rotary presses with an average daily production capacity exceeding 500,000 copies.

2. Packaging Printing
Food packaging: Water-based inks are used to print BOPP film, achieving adhesion grade 4B (ISO 2409 standard). For example, a dairy group's aseptic packaging line.
Luxury Packaging: UV inks are used to print anodized aluminum foil, achieving a glossiness of ≥85 GU (measured at a 60° angle), such as Moutai bottle labels.

FAQ

How stable is the ink during storage and printing under different climate conditions, such as high temperature and high humidity, or low temperature and dry conditions? Are there any corresponding adaptation solutions?

High-temperature and high-humidity environments (e.g., Southeast Asia: 30-40°C, 70%-90% relative humidity)

Stability Guarantee: Utilizing a composite formula of "anti-skinning resin + high-efficiency desiccant," with the addition of 0.3%-0.5% of a special anti-blocking agent (e.g., modified polysiloxane), this prevents surface skinning and internal caking during storage, while also suppressing abnormal viscosity loss at high temperatures (viscosity change ≤±5% after 30 days at 40°C, well below the industry standard of ±10%).

Printing Adaptability: To address the "dot gain" issue caused by high temperature and humidity, a dedicated low-emulsification fountain solution (surface tension controlled at 32-34mN/m) is provided. Combined with the ink's high water migration resistance (water permeability ≤0.2g/m²/24h), this ensures four-color overprint accuracy, with a 50μm dot reproduction rate of ≥92%.

Case Study: Customized high-temperature, high-humidity water-based ink for a food packaging company in Indonesia maintains high performance at 38°C and 85% relative humidity. In a humid environment, the shelf life is up to 6 months. When printed on BOPP film, the adhesion remains at 4B level (ISO 2409) without delamination. Low-temperature drying environment (e.g., Northern Europe: -5-10°C, relative humidity 30%-40%)

Stability assurance: Developed a "low-temperature fluidity resin system" using a low-freezing-point vegetable oil carrier (freezing point ≤ -15°C) instead of traditional high-freezing-point mineral oil to prevent ink solidification during low-temperature storage (store at -10°C for 72 hours, return to room temperature, stir for 5 minutes, and it can be used normally without additional heating).

Printing compatibility: To address the issue of "slow drying speed" at low temperatures, we provide a dedicated low-temperature desiccant (such as zinc naphthenate-cobalt complex) that can shorten the drying time from the conventional 24 hours to 12 hours. We also provide an antistatic additive (addition level 0.2%) to address the problem of "printing smudges" caused by static electricity attracting dust in dry environments.

Test data: At -5°C and 35% humidity, the color strength deviation of coated paper printed on it is ≤±2% (ISO 2846-1), consistent with the printing effect at room temperature (25°C). 98%.
