Light Offset Printing Ink
Light Offset Printing Ink (abbreviated as "light offset ink") is a special ink developed for small and medium-sized offset printing equipment, lightweight substrates and low-energy production scenarios. Its core advantages lie in "low usage, high adaptability and strong compliance" - compared with ordinary offset inks, its ink layer thickness can be reduced by 15%-20% (only 3-5μm is needed to achieve rich colors).

Product Introduction
Lightweight Paper-Specific Ink
Adapted Substrates: Thin offset paper (60-100g/㎡) and newsprint
Target Buyers: Small and medium-sized publication printers
Typical Applications: Pocket books, weekly newspapers, and lightweight brochures (where low ink consumption and clear text reproduction are required)
Thin Film Lightweight Ink
Adapted Substrates: Thin plastic films (20-50μm), including PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and PP (polypropylene)
Target Buyers: E-commerce packaging suppliers
Typical Applications: Lightweight express envelopes, food inner bags, and thin film labels (compatible with low-temperature printing and ensuring good adhesion on non-absorbent substrates)
Specialty Lightweight Ink
Adapted Substrates: Thin kraft paper and recycled paper
Target Buyers: Eco-friendly packaging buyers
Typical Applications: Biodegradable express boxes, recycled paper tags, and sustainable product packaging (meets environmental standards for recycled materials and maintains print vibrancy on porous substrates)

FAQ
Why is the Lightweight Paper-Specific Ink specifically designed for thin offset paper (60-100g/㎡) instead of heavier paper? Will it cause issues like ink penetration if used on lighter paper below 60g/㎡?
The Lightweight Paper-Specific Ink is tailored for 60-100g/㎡ thin offset paper primarily due to its low viscosity (TV 6-8, 25℃) and thin ink film design (3-4μm dry thickness). This formulation avoids two key risks for thin paper: first, it prevents excessive ink penetration (which causes "show-through" on the reverse side) by controlling ink absorption rate; second, it reduces paper wrinkling-thinner paper is more prone to deformation under heavy ink load, and the low-ink-consumption design minimizes this stress.
If used on paper below 60g/㎡ (e.g., 40-50g/㎡ tissue paper), ink penetration may still occur, as the paper's fiber structure is too loose to retain the ink. We recommend testing with a 50g sample first, or customizing a ultra-light viscosity version if large-scale use is needed.
