1: What is the shelf life and storage condition requirement for bulk procurement?
Under standard sealed dark storage environment (5℃–25℃, no UV irradiation, humidity 30%–70%), the valid shelf life is 12 months from production date. Unopened bulk drums maintain stable viscosity and particle D50 parameters without precipitation or gelation. Opened ink must be used within 7 days; residual ink needs sealed light-proof storage, otherwise photoinitiator failure and oligomer pre-crosslinking will occur, leading to ink thickening and transfer failure. Bulk shipment adopts constant-temperature packaging to avoid low-temperature viscosity surge during long-distance transportation.
2: Does this high-speed UV flexo ink support existing production line compatibility? Is equipment modification required?
No mandatory equipment modification is required. The ink is compatible with all full-servo high-speed flexo presses matched with laser ceramic anilox rollers and dual-band 365/405nm UV curing systems. It adapts to conventional 80–200W/cm medium-pressure UV lamp units. Only parameter calibration is needed: adjust curing power and anilox mesh according to printing speed (250–400m/min). It is 100% interchangeable with standard UV flexo ink on existing lines, no replacement of ink pump, doctor blade or drying system is required.
