Product Introduction

Definition: This ink uses water and a small amount of alcohol as the main dispersion medium, achieving drying through rapid water evaporation and resin film formation, unlike traditional solvent-based inks.

Fast Drying Mechanism: The formula contains high-evaporation-rate co-solvents (such as ethanol and propylene glycol methyl ether) to accelerate water evaporation.

It uses fast-drying waterborne resins (modified polyurethane, acrylic emulsions), resulting in dense film formation and rapid color retention.

Combined with drying agents/nanofillers (such as zinc oxide quantum dots and modified diatomaceous earth), it shortens surface drying/complete drying time.

Suitable for hot air/infrared drying, achieving second-level drying in high-speed printing scenarios (some models < 1 second).

Drying Performance

Fast Surface Drying: 1-5 seconds for ordinary paper, 5-30 seconds for non-absorbent substrates (plastics, metals).

Complete Drying: After film formation, it is water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and non-stick, suitable for high-speed inline post-processing (lamination, hot stamping, die-cutting).

High-Speed Compatibility: Supports flexographic/gravure printing at speeds of 150-400 m/min, without ink smudging or ink transfer issues.

Environmentally Friendly and Safe

Ultra-Low VOC: VOC content < 5%, far lower than solvent-based inks (30%-60%), complying with EU REACH and US EPA environmental standards.

Non-Toxic and Odorless: Free of harmful solvents such as benzene, ketones, and esters, suitable for food packaging and children's product printing.

Non-Flammable and Non-Explosive: High flash point, safer for production, transportation, and use.

Selection and Usage Guidelines

Base Material Selection: For paper, choose the general-purpose type; for plastics (PE/PP), choose the adhesion-enhancing type; for metal foil, choose the acid and alkali resistant type.

Based on Printing Method: For flexographic printing, choose low viscosity and high transfer; for gravure printing, choose high solids content and fast drying; for inkjet printing, choose low foaming and long open-cap time.

Process Compatibility: For high-speed lines, use hot air/infrared drying; for non-absorbent substrates, appropriately increase the resin content/drier ratio.

Storage and Maintenance: Store in a sealed container at 5-35℃, avoiding freezing/exposed sunlight; clean the ink path promptly after printing to prevent drying and clogging.
