❓ 1: Is it necessary to flame treat the PP/PE substrate? ​
No pretreatment is required. This ink can directly achieve 5B grade adhesion on untreated PP/PE substrates through interfacial tension optimization technology (ordinary inks require primer). ​

 

❓ 2: Is it necessary to apply varnish for outdoor use? ​
No additional protection is required. The weather resistance level of the cured film layer reaches ISO 11507-2 Class 1 and can directly withstand 3 years of outdoor ultraviolet radiation (ΔE＜2). ​

 

❓ 3: How to test whether the adhesion meets the standard? ​
ASTM D3359 standard test tape (3M 600#) is provided with the goods. It is recommended to use a hundred-grid knife (1mm spacing) to cross the grid and then peel it vertically for testing.
