The cigarette inner frame is a die-cut paper component installed inside hinged flip-top hard cigarette packs. It sits between the cigarette bundle and the pack lid.

Core Functions
Maintain the geometry of the pack opening after repeated lid opening and closing.
Restrict horizontal shifting of cigarette rods inside the carton.
Form a fixed clearance between cigarette sticks and the top paper of the cigarette box.
Provide a flat substrate for printing, hot stamping and surface decoration on the inner side of the pack.

This inner frame is processed to fit automatic cigarette packing machines. The paper folding resistance and thickness are calibrated to match continuous high-speed feeding, cutting and folding processes on packaging lines. The material avoids paper debris during die-cutting.
